Kala is an escape from the everyday. Make the best out of it.
If you are on the dancefloor, put your phone away. Dance, interact with the people around you, let loose and enjoy the moment.
If you need to use your phone, there are plenty other places where you could do so without making it hard for the people around you to let loose in the music.

Albanians are incredibly welcoming but remember that we are here as guests.
Be kind to our hosts, keep the noise down outside the music venues, and leave the place in the same or better condition as it was when you arrived.

Be mindful of your surroundings and look after this beautiful place. We are incredibly lucky that we have the opportunity to spend a week here enjoying gorgeous beaches and our favourite music so don’t take it for granted.

On top of our house rules, we have a dedicated team roaming around the stages and festival site to ensure everyone feels safe and keeps up with the spirit of openness and inclusivity.
All the members of our pink team have been specifically trained to deal with any situation that may make anyone feel uncomfortable.
They can be easily spotted with their bright pink armband.
If you ever feel uncomfortable in a situation, please let a member of our pink team know and they will deal with it on your behalf, involving our welfare and security teams if needed.
If you ever want to speak with our welfare team directly you can find them on the terrace between The Cove and Yacht Club, where you can have a chat about anything at all.
