Cashless refunds
  • You will be able to refund any amount left on your account for anytime between 22nd June and 22nd July. To process your refund, simply log in to your Playpass refund platform anytime via the link below.

    Note there is a 1.5€ fee per transaction to cover bank costs.

    Deadline for processing refunds is 22nd July.

    If you topped up online only

    If you only topped up online before the event, your balance will be refunded automatically.

    Refunds will be processed at the end of the refund period. The payment will come from Mainstage Festivals.

    If you topped up online and on site

    If you topped up online before the event, and on site during the festival, there are two options:

    • If the amount remaining on your account doesn’t exceed the amount you topped up online, your balance will be refunded automatically.
    • If the amount remaining on your account exceeds the amount you topped up online, you need to fill in the refund form and include the bank details where you would like the money sent to.

    Refunds will be processed at the end of the refund period. The payment will come from Mainstage Festivals.

    If you didn’t top up online

    If you topped up on site only, you can request a refund with the PIN code and wristband number printed on the back of the tag on your wristband, and your email address. You will need to fill the refund form and provide bank details where you would like the money sent to.

    PIN CODE: 4 digit number at the top
    WRISTBAND NUMBER: 14 digit number at the bottom - this was also sent with your e-ticket.
    If you don’t have your wristband anymore, please email cashless+kala@playpass.eu to retrieve your pin number. Your wristband number was sent out with your e-ticket.

    Step by step guide

    1. Access the refund page via the button above

    2. Enter your email address, pin code and wristband number.

    3. Enter your bank details where you want the money sent to

    4. Verify that the information entered is correct and click confirm. Your refund will be processed at the end of the refund period. The payment will come from Mainstage Festivals.
